The worst part of this case is that the base of sprites is so good, so detailed, that it's very possible that no fan of MUGEN would dare to create custom characters. 1, Bon Kure, Gekko Moria, Magellan, Kuma, Ivankov, Garp, Smoker, and many more are already included in the base sprites.
